I only want to say for the last one and half month doing yoga my findings. Now it's a habit for my body to be on mat at 6:30 am for yoga, breathing technique improved, flexibility improved (Lower half of my body), sitting posture changed while at work and I became a marathon runner (10 km). Once I ran 10 km without break that was not possible previously. It improved due to Yoga. Looking forward to improve more in Yoga Class. Her instructions helped us to do correct yoga practice.
