As a State Yoga Coordinator for Madhya Pradesh I have led team of yoga enthusiasts to work in different locations of India and helping them to grow and contribute more in related field, plan and strategize sessions at state level, develop and update course and programs and establish learning outcomes for them. Stay in current subject matter through professional development and attending workshops. Enhance teaching and program experiences when needed.
Corporate Yoga teaching experience with PWC INDIA and ITC.
Conducted yoga session with ROHM , a Japanese MNC on International Yoga Day – 2021.
Took Immunity building sessions during covid with MP Government – Online
Took Meditation batched for Syria – 2020 for 100+ audiences.
